She wanted her Kyurem character Hakai, a Kyurem with some of her own traits. We hope she likes it as much as we do!
We decided to use a special golden fabric that Christina got ahold of on a trip down to Luleň, it has swirly patterns all around making the gold sparkle and shine depending on how the light hits it. We thought it would be a nice touch against the gray and blue.
Black lines are handstiched and are inspired by the original art, official plush and the commissoners own drawings to match as closely as possible.
Hakai has some plastic pellets in her body and legs to keep her from falling flat on her face. We call this the typical Kyurem syndrom, because it's so crowded in the front, the tail does not provide enough weight to level it out. Which is the reason for the pellets, They are waterproof and keeps Hakai on her feet rather then on her face
